The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night.
