Doors to rooms have to be locked with your room key from the inside. You cannot just open your room door from the inside without your key. If there was a fire, it would be difficult to get out of the room without inserting your room key. Difficult to get transportation from this place. No Ubers are available as this place is far from the downtown. We found it difficult to get taxi here. After we checked out at the required 10am, manager locked the door behind us so we could not get back in to ask for help to order a taxi. We finally got thru to order a taxi on our cell phone but took awhile to get a taxi to this place. Breakfast was good and room was clean.

Room was basic but very clean and suited our requirements. Host was friendly. Breakfast was continental but very good, other options for evening food was limited to basically pizza. I would stay here again

Located next to LRMC...perfect for visiting family. Breakfast choices extensive for being advertised as "continental." Quiet neighborhood, very clean facility. Will stay again during next visit.

Wonderful stay for Americans!
Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and we enjoyed having a balcony. The breakfast was more than we expected- eggs, bacon, yogurt, breads… larger and better quality than many American breakfasts. Dinner was delicious as well. The owner was kind and fluent in English. We would definitely enjoy returning to this hotel!

It seemed like a new property, and our room was ample in size. But the bed was an issue for us North Americans, not very friendly for a couple. Food was limited to breakfast, and was ok, but not spectacular. The host, though, was excellent, and tried to do as much for us as possible. Very cooperative. Added night lights, shower mat, and extra trash cans quickly after we had made the request. Entrance into the hotel was a bit complicated in cold weather (below 0°C), when the locking mechanism stuck quite tightly, it took a lot of effort to turn the key and get the door unlocked. Fortunately, there was a buzzer available in case you couldn’t open the door. The manager either came, or activated a electric mechanism to make the door open. It was an acceptable place, with excellent management who tried their best to make the stay comfortable.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The owner was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. The balcony was lovely. There’s free parking at the hotel’s parking lot right across the street. The free breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, yogurts, etc. The owner always made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I would stay here again when I’m in the area.

Absolutely perfect.
The people here have a gift for hospitality. It is spotless, smells good, is bright and cheery, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is very good. We will gladly stay again when in town. It couldn’t be more perfect.

It's OK
It's a pretty basic stay. Rooms and bathroom are large and roomy, but not a very comfortable bed and very, very budget and sparse furnishings. There were 2 of us, and only 1 pillow, 1 blanket, & 1 towel provided. And I couldn't get ahold of anyone to ask for a second set.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one there. We waited about 45 minutes. When someone finally showed up, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. No rooms available. We were never notified by Hotels.com or the hotel. This was a huge inconvenience for us.

The hotel was so nice and inviting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good too. They had a good verity of foods very filling. Only thing is we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner lol. We will be staying at this hotel for future visits to the area!

Booked a no-smoking room but the room was smelling awfully. Hotel is supposed to be smoke-free one. Explanation given by the manager was that next door neighbor smoked in the balcony and smoke entered the room by a window left opened by the cleaning lady. Remedy action on his side was a room air freshner. No room-change available due to unavailability.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I popped in for a quick overnight stay and found a welcoming staff and comfortable and clean room waiting for me. There is a parking lot for guests directly across from the hotel and when you walk into the front door, you enter their restaurant area. The gentleman working checked me in and walked me to my room in order to explain a few things. The place has A/C if you require it and TV with both German and English channels for the guests who don't speak German. The bed was comfortable but be prepared for a European bed (two twins side by side), that should go without saying though. I had my own bathroom too. Breakfast started at 0630 which was great, a nice assortment of pastries and yogurt with slices of meat and fruit. Perfect!! Check out was quick, i just handed him my keys and off I went. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through the Ramstein-Landstuhl area!

We chose this hotel because it was the only one listed with Air-conditioning in the area. But it is disabled at night (evidently a German thing) making sleeping for us very uncomfortable. Apart from that service was very good .
