"Chatham Travel lodge was well situated for our trip further north. The area is beautiful. The town of Chatham is close by with restaurants and shopping. The guests in the room above us were noisy for a while, but not after 10 pm. The lodge is old, but the room was clean and perfect for a one night stopover."

Everything about the suite was wonderful and the location suited well for overnight while attending a concert at nearby Tanglewood in Lenox, MA.
I gave 4 stars to the staff and 5 stars for everything else. They seemed somewhat inexperienced, but they were doing their best, I am sure, and will eventually become seasoned registration staff. After all, everyone in any job has startup routines to master. "
