"We have traveled to many all inclusive resorts. This resort while on the smaller side was very intimate. The staff was exceptional…Victor, Cesar, Gabriel and Jorge just to name a few. They treated us like royalty! The food was delicious as well and everyone was so inviting and helpful. We also enjoyed an hour long massage overlooking the beach that was so relaxing and well worth every cent! You will not be disappointed, the rooms were really nice and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our anniversary trip! Thank you again for a great first trip experience to beautiful Puerto Vallarta…we will definitely return!"
"The front desk staff was amazing. Lara and Jezicka were very helpful and nice. When we had a small issue they took care of us which made a huge impact on our stay. The bell hops were very helpful with taxis and reconditions for things to see and do.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Paradise Golden. We loved all of the food options, from the large selection at the buffet, to the convenience of the snack bars, to the very good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had originally requested a room with two beds because it was my daughter and I. We did not get the requested room, but the king sized bed worked fine for us. All of the staff members we saw and interacted with were exceptionally nice and I was impressed by how hard they all worked to make our stay enjoyable."
