"Rooms clean, hotel was clean, what we didn’t like was they no longer have a checking counter you have to use a kiosk, and if you’re not from the USA , they never work. After assistance because the machine didn’t work we waited 30 mins for a key . This was at 730pm the hotel knew we booked rooms and still after getting help our rooms were still not ready so instead of the king room we booked it was 2 queens . If check in is at 4 and it’s three and a half hours later why wasn’t the room ready as promised? Just asking"

"We were disappointed by the view from our room but the room itself was awesome!! Super comfy bed and lots of towels. The cell service from the room lacked though even when connected to the internet. The location of the hotel on the strip was perfect and the casino/restaurants available in the hotel offered a good selection. The adult pool was lacking, super crowded and cocktails were around $40 so be prepared to spend there and arrive at opening if you want any nice seating. Definitely a 3/5 but still a great stay !!"

"The property is in a decent location. It’s nice that even though they don’t have a family friendly pool you are able to use the flamingo pool which was really nice. The hotel is older and musty. It did have decent amenities. We stayed for three days, we only saw a room attendant once."

"Everything is great…location is just really far from the strip is all. Ride share pick up is quite the walk from where my tower is at. Pool staff were great. Bell mans were nice. Smaller casino=less walking but im fine with that. I wished my room smelled just like the lobby, renovated rooms means the rooms smells like they just did construction the day before-to me is kinda strong but manageable. I never got to check out their restaurants but over all, I would still come back and stay at this place. "

"Very good but just make sure that the rooms get clean daily and not until check out. Never got cleaned towels and my garbage was never empty. I asked housekeeper if they were going to clean and their response was, I would need to ask my boss first."

"Nice stay at Bellagio. Many restaurants in varied price ranges right on the property. Felt very safe. Alot of security."
