"Clean room and excellent service from the staff"

"We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Each room had 2 beds and they were very comfortable. Ensuite clean and white with shower. Aircon noisy but efficient and slept well. Rooms at the front will have some road and noise from the bar below. Bakery below at rear starts early but otherwise quiet rooms."

"Lovely hotel with a fantastic aspect. Staff were exceptional and very friendly, Juan was a gem and could speak English. The room was spacious but not a lot of storage so had to live out a suitcase. Airconditioning decided to stop sending out cold air on the second last day. But weather was a little bit cooler only about 32. Swimming pool was lovely to jump into after travelling around. The restaurant had a nice breakfast not huge but nice and the evening meal was very Spanish some lovely dishes...

"For the price, you could not go wrong. It was cleanthe host was very amicable. There are also couple of restaurants just outside the property, which was very convenient. We only spend one night on our way from Caminito del Rey, so after a long hard day, this place was more than perfect. Will definitely recommend it for a short stay. "

"We stayed at the property because of friends’ wedding there. The room exceed our expectations, located by the swimming pool. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Very helpful and polite staff. I recommend this property! "

"After spending 10 days traveling around Andalusia, we wanted to end our trip in a special way. The Parador in Arcos de la Frontera did not disappoint! This is a lovely hotel with great views from our balcony. Even the taxi ride up to the property was memorable to say the least! We visited the nearby cathedral and climbed the bell tower which were both worthwhile and caught a lovely sunset from our room. I would highly recommend it!"

"Expedía had to rebook us to a different location due to an error. The new location was not in the city center and was not walkable. The front desk was very nice, but the property lacked any character or charm. The room was very basic, although it was clean."
