"Last couple days oh my stay there was two staff that had such a poor attitude. Glaring when I would depart the hotel. Also would have negative comments when I switched rooms. I did not feel like they treated me with any type of hospitality, respect, courtesy or costumer service. Instead created an uncomfortable environment. I did enjoy the hotel and all the other staff were amazing. "

"Overall our stay was ok. The main hallways could definitely be cleaner. The room was clean, but dark. Not all the lights worked. There was a child’s hat hidden behind the curtains, pretty good in that they don’t move things while vacuuming. The shower bottom was really wonky and not flat, someone with not so great balance would not do well in this particular room. Terrible pillows, so bring your own. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Room was gross there was a big wet part on my bed when I get there. The chair had blood. Breakfast was not worth it. Key card had to be reactivated 3 times. The bed you could feel the springs. I had to go buy a pillow due to how bad there’s were. Overall just dirty. "

"Nothing special - just a basic room. Had a cold shower but then my wife realized that the hot and cold was reversed in the shower. 4 star hotel? Really?"
