"The Check in was very slow. We were sent a message asking us to let them know what time we would arrive, we replied with 1-2pm. We did not get into our room until well after the advised time on their website of 2pm. No updates from staff until our room was ready. There Website says 2 pools and upon enquiring it appears the one large pool that has a children's waterslide area on one side and narrows then opens up to another larger side is the two pools. So not two pools. Drivers have to pay to take you in and out has a surcharge for that. Apart from that the room was great and the grounds are well maintained. The location is handy to everything. Would I stay again at this stage I'm with a maybe."

"The rooms are a little dated, but fairly clean, except for the dust under the bed and behind the bedside table. Breakfast had a decent variety of foods. The surf and turf theme night left a bit to be desired, small thin pieces of beef and prawn on a skewer. Good assortment of salads."

"Brilliant hotel in a very nice location in Kuta. Quiet but has minimart, laundryโs and restaurants on its doorstep. A 15 mins walk to the main Legian area or a 5 mins taxi. Hotel facilities and the rooms are fantastic and the pool area is amazing."

"What a difference - stayed at the Grand Hyatt just before this visit, moved to this hotel - just fabulous. Rooms very comfortable - beds lovely, food amazing, pools great - but most of all, the staff are just superb. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel - thank you!"
