Our whole team work extremely hard to deliver a fantastic product with outstanding service on our beautiful island. First of all, we are very sorry that we did not live up to your expectations and that you did not have a wonderful holiday with us. Guest satisfaction is always our priority and we do work incredibly hard to make sure that each and every guests is treated with care and we aim to provide a wonderful experience for everyone at our Villa. We do apologize for this inconvenience especially if this was not effectively communicated. We were very alarmed by your comments about the breakfast, since are in highly control all of our product with standard. And also regarding our cleanliness. Our team was very sad by your score and comment since we already move you to another Villa and we saw that you were happy to stay with us and also your children. If you felt there was anything missing during your stay you only had to request and we would have ensured that your wishes were taken care of. We only wish that you had approached us directly to let us know about how unhappy you were before you checked out so we would have had a chance to rectify some of your issues. We would prefer our guests to let us know if there is anything required during their stay so than we can fix any issues immediately. We are a small family run Villa and we work incredibly hard with our team to ensure good service. We also recognize that no matter how hard we try it is not possible to please everyone all the time. Once again please accept my apologies if The SAKAYE villa was not the right choice for you. And we really much hope that we can welcoming you again to our property near in the future.
