Great place
This place ticks all the boxes, clean, friendly, nice pool, good shower, 3 min walk to where boats drop you off, shop on site and really good restaurant straight across the road. Really don’t need anything more.

Nice room and good location, but we couldn't use the bathroom because of a strong sulfure smell. Unfortunately, there also was some miscommunication with the manager.

To be honest I never have a problem with smell with this room, but thanks again for letting us know so we can do further investigation what caused the smell. Unfortunately during your stay I was in Bali mainland due to my daughter was sick, I assuming there maybe some missunderstanding between my staff and you due to language barrier, and I am sorry I was not there to serve you properly. Wonderful Stay
Such a great stay, I will gladly stay here next time in Lembongan. The owners are so kind and friendly. We rented our scooters directly from the guesthouse and they made everything so incredibly easy. Our ferry terminal was only a 4 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. For everything else, the location was great. Bars and restaurants were simply steps outside your door and there were some wonderful options for whatever your taste and budget required. Rooms were very clean, the AC worked great, everything felt safe and comfy, the wifi worked well. Hot water included with daily cleaning. There's a market in the front that's attached to the guesthouse, so getting water, Bintang, or some late night Oreos was a breeze. Only positives here, thank you, Chillhouse!

The perfect stay
We loved our stay at Chillhouse so much!! Gede and his family are so friendly and helpful! Whatever we needed they helped us with, including taxis, snorkelling trips, and our boat ride back to Bali. They really are the perfect hosts! Location is perfect close to restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The shop attached to Chillhouse also have everything you might need, and there’s always someone around to help. We were only supposed to stay for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights (no problem) because we didn’t want to leave. Would recommend to everyone and 100% would love to come back!

The staff at Chillhouse are very friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble - and they were very thoughtful in every thing they did. This is my second stay, and was just as good as my first. They made me feel very welcome. The location is an easy walk to the beach and to quite a number of very good restaurants and bars.

We loved our stayed for two nights at the Chillhouse and it couldn't be better. Gede and his family were friendly and easily approachable. Even though we only saw them a couple of times when we needed them for example buying things from their shop or renting a scooter for the day Gede remembered our names which was a really nice touch! Our room was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and spotless! The pool was the perfect size for how many guests they have staying there and it was only us in there the majority of the time whenever we needed to use it to cool off. Thank you for having us we will definitely be visiting again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Chillhouse. This is family fun, and the family were so lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were great options for shopping and food within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, clean, welcoming, perfectly functional. Chill House had everything I needed to make my stay as good as it possibly could be. Situated close to the ferries and to a number of varied restaurants. Good, clean swimming pool. Discrete yet very friendly staff that were more than happy to assist in any way The best hotel I have stayed in on several trips to Bali. I will definitely be coming back, again and again.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was exceptionally clean and well kept too. They have a shop attached which is incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is located in a great area of the island with amazing restaurants and cafes on the same road. It is also only a short walk from the beach. What stood out to us most of all was the incredible family running it. They were all warm, welcoming and were always willing to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!!

This place was amazing! Best value for your money. Very clean and comfortable. Hot shower. AC. The family that owns and run the place are the sweetest most helpful people you'll ever meet. In the front they have a convenient store with everything you need...they will even do your laundry for around $1.5 us. They rent scooters and arrange tours too. One stop shop for everything you'll need on the island! Across the street at tigerlilly's you'll find the best coffee on the island. There's plenty of restaurants walking distance. The beach is a short walk as well. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on lembongan!

Gede and his family are really nice and took good care of us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, they even arranged a tour for us and we hired a scooter from them. They have a one stop shop on site as well. I would definitely recommend Chill House.

Came back and stayed here again because I liked it so much. On checkout day, I forgot my swimsuit and Gede kindly went to the port the next morning and sent it over on the boat. This is the kind of excellent host you will have if you stay at Chillhouse. <3

Chillhouse Lembongan was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. The owners are excellent hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and extremely cheap. Location was also very convenient. The hosts also run a small mart on the ground floor so you can easily pick up any supplies you might need.

I would highly recommend this family run hotel. They were extremely welcoming, kind & friendly. They were always more than happy to help with anything. They offered tourist information, scooter hire and tour bookings. They also leave a book in the room which is packed with useful information of things to do on the island which is a really nice touch. Room - the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and we had complimentary water on arrival. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Bathroom has soap & shampoo dispenser. Pool - pool area was small but always clean, it is a small hotel so doesn’t really need a big area anyways. Location - good location, small island so everywhere is easy to get to either by walking, scooter or taxi. Price - good price for a nice clean room in a good location. Other - onsite shop which sells everything at reasonable prices, Nusa Lembongan is slightly more expensive than Bali anyway but thought the prices were fair. Big thank you to Gede & his family. We hope to see you all again soon.

Best value on the island.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Super clean and friend staff. For the price, I would say that this is the best place to stay in Lembongan. There is a market onsite, laundry across the street,and numerous dining choices all around. Will definitely stay here if we make it back to Lembongan.

Goday is an amazing host. We stayed 3 weeks and just loved it. Comfortable bed, hot water, good AC. The WiFi isn’t good in room 4 but works good downstairs. Absolutely amazing service by the family, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Chillhouse. The family who run it were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and well looked after. The family own a shop which is next door, this was incredibly useful as shops on the island can be minimal. Scooter hire from the chillhouse was also easy and it gave us the freedom to go and explore.

Outstanding boutique Inn- Family Owned
Amazing, family-run small boutique inn that is in the heart of Jungutbatu Village. Full amenities with a store on-site. Plenty of nearby restaurants. They provide all the services needed to enjoy your stay. Tours, motorbike rental, snorkeling trips and anything else. A laundry across the street. I have been coming here once or twice a year and found this place a perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is impressive and there is a safe in the room. Nice porch on which to enjoy your morning coffee.

Wonderful friendly host family who also run the shop in front , nothing was an issue and check in was quick check out was quick the whole experaince was clean and painless, the way an island getaway should be, oh and he aircon was ice cold mmmmm and showers red hot absoulte perfection!

Great little place
This is a very nice little place! Perfectly clean and comfortable room. It was tiled, which helped it stay cooler than other places we’ve stayed in Bali (the AC helped too ;) Gede and his family are very friendly and helpful hosts. Gede also speaks excellent English, which is helpful when arranging things to do on the island. Great value for money! We’d stay here again.

Great place to stay!
This place is great. Gede runs it with him family and they just had their second kid! The rooms are clean and the air conditioner is strong. They have newer scooters that you can rent as well as a snorkeling tour (150,000 RPH) with his uncle. I would stay here again but they tend to be booked so plan ahead! Great hosts made my stay that much better.

Les propriétaires sont adorables, a votre ecoute pour vos besoins pratiques, touristiques, etc.. vous n'etes jamais démunis avec eux. Chambre tres confortable, tres calme malgré la proximité de la route.Tout est nickel, avec un rapport qualifié/prix imbattable. Je conseille vivement, et encore merci pour leur accueil.

Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis richtig gut. Die beiden Inhaber sind sehr freundlichen und bemühen sich jeden Wunsch des Gastes möglich zu machen. Ich glaube das es in der Nähe keine bessere Unterkunft für das Geld gibt. Leider konnten wir nicht spontan verlängern, da alle Zimmer bereits ausgebucht waren. Uns wurde aber im Nachbar Hotel ein Zimmer angeboten für den selben Preis. (Leider hatte dieses Hotel nicht den Standard wie das chillhouse) - Aber alles in allem Mega gut! - würde jederzeit wieder im Chillhouse übernachten.
