What a spot! We loved staying here, the view is insane and the rooms were nice! Bit of noise from the local nightlife but most ended around 10pm. Best to bring earbuds just in case <3

Quaint little villa on the hill, friendly staff!
Good stay overall, friendly staff, quick to help. Food at the onsight restaurant was better than expected. Nice pool overlooking the Lembongan Island port. One area for improvement is the washroom, it could have better ventilation.

The best place to stay on Lembogan. Central location, great views and room. Food is much better than most restaurants around. Great value and a peaceful romatic place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

What a view. But the rooms are great, overlooking the bay. We were in a room with view but not quite beach view so we asked if another room free. Next day we were moved and we stayed a week in the end. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Only down is that there may be a wait for food, but all good. The breakfast are perfect. We just went for fruits and omelettes. You can hire a scooter here very cheap which was great to explore the area. Chilling by the infinity pool was the best! Thank you Jenggala for looking after us so well. 👍

It was fine, the view is gorgeous. Comfortable bed. We ended up renting a scooter as the price proposed for taxis here are unreasonable. I’d only stay here if you have a scooter/motorbike or a car as it’s up a hill. The hotel has the best view of the sea and Mount Agung, beautiful view at sunset from our room which was really special. We walked down the steps daily as a shortcut to get to the beach and beachside restaurants which was nice but could only do this if you’re fit, there’s a lot of steps.

Absolutely amazing place everything just perfect ,the only complaint is the add on taxes after purchasing meals and drinks ,around 21% ,slightly harder to access than the beach area but not impossible ,some steep stairs to the deck from property next door to Jeggala ,

My overall stay here was pretty good and memorable. The hotel staff that cleans the rooms and checks you in were awesome. However, the restaurant staff was a let down. The last three times I ate at the restaurant, I never had any issues but the last time I ate at the restaurant I did. I ordered 5 items from their menu and only 4 was recorded even when I gave the guy eye contact and pointed at the dish I wanted for my wife. We waited about 20ish minutes for the main dish to come out and that's usually how long it takes for them to prepare the food so we didn't question why my wife's dish didn't come out until an hour later I decided to see what the issue was. The guy end up not recording the order so I had to reorder the dish, as I was walking up the stairs to inform my wife the issue, I definitely heard laughing and I know it was about us because I heard our order in their language. After that encounter, all I had from the staff were their stares, which was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. I'm a very chill guy and I don't like to make a scene so I was very calm when I had to reorder my wife's plate which is why I am writing this review. When I first checked in they had a 4 STARS from me, but after this, after the hotel restaurant staff, they got a NEGATIVE 4 STARS from me which isn't possible in the star system but you get the point. I never write reviews but this was definitely worth writing. 4 STARS to the check in/cleaning staff though, just not the restaurant staff.

Wonderful view. The staff was nice, but the service was poor, because they didn´t understand any english. So it was hard to order things. But they smiled. weak wifi signal.

Amazing spot!

Great location with an excellent view and lovely little inn but we hope that the locals clean up their island from the appreciable amounts of rubbish everywhere..... The inn has a great set up for families with adjoining rooms and a common deck area.

Excellent stay
Enjoyed our stay at jengalla hill very much. New hotel, kept very clean with a superb view by the infinity pool. Only con was that the restaurant is not ready yet but they can order from a different restaurant. There is also another restaurant just a few mins walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again. Very good value for the money.

Vi havde booket et hotelværelse til os som par i 2 nætter via hotels.com. Hotellet lå højt i byen med en flot udsigt. Men opholdet på hotellet blev en dårlig oplevelse fordi vi ikke fik det værelse vi havde bestilt. Ved en fejl fik vi en hytte med to separate værelser og indgange hertil med hver deres bad og i alt tre senge (i hotels.com-termer er det 1 familieværelse med 1 badeværelse). Der var ved hotellet ingen mulighed for at ændre i reservationen. Personalet tacklede problemet på en konfliktsky måde, og resten af opholdet blev kommunikationen med hotellet vedr bekræftelse på fejlen, gjort via mail. Kommunikationen fortsatte med hotels.com, som hurtigt besvarede vores henvendelse, men som 3 uger efter hotelopholdet stadig ikke havde givet os svar på om værelset kan refunderes. Efter 3 uger fik vi en værdikupen på 350 kr til hotels.com til brug ved næste reservation på hotels.com. 3 stjerner for dette ophold skyldes, at vi har bestilt værelse under falske forudsætninger, at prisen for værelset var alt for høj ift hvad vi fik. Derudover var det generelt en ikke-tilstedeværende service og ift værelset en dårlig service ved personalet, som tacklede sagen konfliktsky og ikke konstruktivt. Det personale vi havde personlig kontakt med var unge og ikke klædt på til helt generelt at stå alene og styre hotellet. Hotels.com reagerede langsomt og med en tvivlsom løsning efter vores mening.

If you already book family room we should be charge cost for family room because we can't sell other room if you just using one room, because family room is two room in one building with shared balcony, that is one package nobody want stay there with share balcony, for example you book the car , and than when you already in the car you just need 2 sheet, do you want pay just half from the price your reservation?hoply you understand with this case, So sorry,, thankyou Regards Jenggala Hill

Best place to stay in Lembongan
This little Hotel looks exactley like on its nice pictures. We stayed for 2 more nights because we loved the location of the place, the quiteness, the amaizing pool and the nice rooms. The price for the hotel was definitely worth it. We rented a scooter from the hotel which was great to get around. Only downside is, that the stuff as we read before in comments is pretty young and really needs to improve their english. Also the Restaurant which is ready by now is not really good and it plays annoying loud music, which it really doesnt need to. There are lots of good restaurant in Lembongan, so better to go out for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Everything is so close so it really wasnt a problem for us to eat outside. I do wish the hotel tho, that the restaurant becomes better so that more hotel clients will go and eat there too.

Definitely worth a 5 star review
A high standard and very clean hotel, with a really service minded staff (sometimes they seems a little inexperienced). The infinity pool is absolutely fantastic and probably have the best view at the island.

Awesome view with an exclusive atmosphere.
We will never forget that view with the islans beach and the volcano in the background from the infinity pool. Also lovely and quite luxury small huts. We would defenetly come back.
