Glad to share with you that some restaurants and bars or some shops on Nusa Lembongan offer free shuttles from our resort to their place, so for some guests who don't feel comfortable with moped or scooters they can use the shuttle service and our team will very happy to help our guests to contact them. Refer to Google Map, even though we have put the right point and if it gives you the wrong direction, the locals will give you directions if you ask them how to get to our resort Poh Manis Lembongan. Really appreciated for it, but please be recognized and clarified that NOT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS HAS SAME PERCEPTION LIKE WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN FELT after staying in our resort. we would like to give some clarification concerning your comment about our hotel during your stay. we just using the concept of HOLIDAY HOUSE due to every customers come to our resort, they are part of our family and they can feel like stay at their own house. they can share what we should improve in the further for making our house better than now, but it seem that our concept has not transferred well to your stay. and please be aware that concerning the road on lembongan, yes we know that lembongan is small island and still far from glamor city and this condition makes lembongan is unique and we guess that you suitable place to stay is in Kuta or Singapore and not lembongan. and we really hope lembongan still like this due to Lembongan become like this now because of this condition and not Kuta condition we are thankful for recognizing our staff were nice and friendly as a host of the house, and yes we would give the price lower than in strategic place like mushroom beach and other nicer place than us to consider the guest they can choose to save their budget but still enjoy the view surrounding. please also beware that our room just made from the wooden and of course the quality of air-conditioning cannot be coolest as the normal building. and our tap water also not drinkable since we don't have the high quality system to produce the ground water to be drinkable water. if we could do this, for sure our room can be sold up to usd 500 a night and not usd 45 per night. We don't have clock in the room due to we know that every customer they have their own phone or gadget can be shown their time and the room standard would not be completed by clock in the room. and in each room now is completed by mosquito nett and not need mosquito lotion or coils anymore. and now we been set up the light along the way to each room. concerning the step down or up, yes we knew this is very hard for old couple but we have topped rooms so can be accommodated for them as well. as what we said for our guest who staying with us, if they are not comfortable to ride the scooter or motorbike, we will very happy to drop them to the beach as a free shuttle service. and it's not extremely dangerous to ride motorbike since ride motorbike on lembongan is so funny since you could drive it by free driving, with our any helmet, police and driving license. please kindly do not extremely judge that lembongan is dangerous area, since in bali island more dangerous due to so many cars and traffic, please kindly compare the drive in bali or lembongan, which one do you prefer for beginner??? please also kindly be proactive as customers, there is hospital on lembongan but still small project on it to be fixed, it seem that you have not got enough information about lembongan so just judge anything you didn't know about that. yes we have hospital, doctor and nurse as well but still minimize equipments and not like in bali. and the motorbike also not completed by insurance, so that why the cost of motorbike so cheap and may be with insurance you couldn't get the fee at idr 70.000 nett per day. as we talked about opinion concerning the traveler, you MIGHT NOT HAVE THE SAME PERCEPTION WITH OTHERS. we have positive feedback due to we did the best for them same as what we have done for you but we only needs your recognize. please be aware, what you pay what you get, and we only small resort if you comparing us to others big properties and not being a glamor place due to we on the island. for us, better if we have small place and the staff and hotel situation are comfort than we have big hotel with nice location but the staff and hotel situation unfriendly. if you felt frustration when staying with us we really apologize and we guess it because you never discuss what you would like to do and for sure we will find out the solution for you. we just a host and you are the member of our family and you are our responsibility. remember it... thank you
