"Clean room. Good service. The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open from inside once closed fully. The manager offered another room since the repair could take a couple of hours, but this door was even tighter with difficulty to close fully. So we decided to stay in the original room. Other than this we had a good stay. We appreciate that they provided us with boxed breakfast on the check out day since we had to leave for airport before breakfast started in hotel"

"Room was available early and checkout to 2pm Gym and Spa/pool are quite frankly one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The Gym especially was very large and well equipped Staff all friendly and helpful. Room service prompt and excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you. "

"Rooms are very warm and welcoming. Bottle of water daily is a nice touch and appreciated. Beds are comfortable. Heated bathroom floor, robes and slippers are nice touch. Perfect location lots of restaurant, bars and shopping mall across the street. Main Train station within walking distance. "

If you choose there is a tramstop nearby too. Rooms are well appointed & there is good on site dining. Reception staff are friendly & helpful."

"Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw."
