It is a cute hotel in a small town surrounded by countryside. The food, from the breakfast onwards, is homemade, variety and too tasty.

Very nice outside, beatiful inside. The rooms are ok, just normal. Beeakfast, rich and personal friendly. More difficult to get to this area, takes about 2 hour from Prague airport. Easy to hear sounds from the hallway, smell in rooms from furniture. Window curtains seems to be purelly decorative so not dark enough in the room. Duvet a bit small for me. Room clean with mini bar and nice prepared.

Nice chateau. The restaurant is a little expensive, Howe they serve good food. They have beautiful garden and different types of rooms: budget and some fancier ones for more demanding quests. We stayed in both to compare. Breakfast was good, but different from the picture on the application.

Very picturesque chateau. Hotel restaurant had nice enough food, though quite pricey. The menu consisted of only a handful of dishes (only one vegetarian) so more than a couple of nights would get quite repetitive. Disappointed when we showed up on Friday evening to find out the wellness was booked for the entire weekend. Very little else close by so not very convenient placed if you are not driving.

Dear guest, thank you for your stay and your review. We strictly focus on regional fresh products in our restaurant. Therfore we do not have dozens of dishes on our menu. Anyway the a-la-carte menu consists from 10 main dishes, 2 soups, 3 desserts and couple of salads. The wellness is possible to book only as a private wellness. As you did not make any request or booking in advance unfortunatelly it is not possible to fullfil your lastminute request on the spot. Chateau Liblice is located in the middle of the beautiful garden with meadow - there is also Royal city Melnik just 8 km from us (possible to reach by public transport easily) and other spots - do not hesitate to ask the front desk staff for suggestions. Great Place
Beautiful place, super clean comfortable beds, staff is very friendly but not really good at English, could still communicate . Make sure you have kronens otherwise you can’t ride the bus or subway. Would differently go back.

This place is great! The hotel is part of a monastic and church complex in an old abbey with a beautiful courtyard and cloisters.We arrived to find a conference of prelates in full swing and spent the evening with our beer drinking and cigarette smoking other guests, with them in their robes and us in our shorts. Easy walks around the countryside, amazing breakfast, on site food and drink, lovely big rooms with very creaky floorboards. You share a block of male or female bathrooms but not at all a problem- everything still private. Brilliant and unforgettable.

beautiful old classic building
This is not for those who wish to stay at modern hotels but for those who love old classic historic buildings and don't care if rooms do not have thermostats or towels are old. The hotel is used for many weddings so also be aware that partying can go on all night. Our room was in the main house and was very large with very comfortable beds.

Out of the Prague tourist bustle
I saw this stunning hotel whilst looking for somewhere to stay 2 nights near to Prague. Location was ideal as we're approaching from Berlin and then heading to Poznan. We enjoyed two nights in a two bedroom suite in what is I suspect a converted coach house. No air conditioning, but that wasn't an issue. There was some early morning farm traffic noise from next door but not intrusive. Breakfast buffet was extensive and included. Parking adequate and guarded. Beautiful gardens, some areas of which are being renovated. Chargeable spa facilities. Limited evening menu, but service and quality were acceptable. Limited wine list too - but the Chateau labelled local wines proved acceptable and good value. A wander round the principal building after breakfast gave a few glimpses into a couple of the beautifully furnished superior rooms. Allow an hour if you're driving into Prague - you need a car to get around here.

2 nights, had difficulty finding it as it was 43km out of Prague but worth the drive. It was like driving up to a palace & they served us dinner at 10 in the evening.

Elegant Wedding Venue
Chateau was lovely and probably usually peaceful. With a Friday night wedding going on, we felt like second class citizens relegated to the freight elevator and back door. (Non-wedding guests should be warned about late night music & fireworks.) The chef did send a good dinner over to the wine bar.

Great place to relax
A really special place, magical location, beautiful terrace overlooking stunning gardens, large, well-kept rooms - it was wonderful! The only thing I missed was tea-making facilities in the room but I think this is pretty common. A very lovely, relaxing spot.
