During our stay Alice was very helpful with everything, she put a lot of effort to make us feel 100% comfortable and to make sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. She helped us out booking the photographer and the transfers to the railway station and solving all the doubts we had. "This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The chef is great - highly recommend having dinner there. They also booked a tour and guide for us which was great. Everyone and everything is perfect."
