"An aged 4-star hotel that could need an overall renovation. Excellent location, just a short walk to the MRT entrance (to get to the city center) and the local night market (if you want to experience local culture and dinner). The hotel check-in staff is super friendly and well accommodating. The hotel also offers a handy self-laundry room equipped with two sets of washer/dryer. The daily room cleanup was done very nicely. But both of the room's walls and carpet could need renovation if to meet a 4-star claim. The first room we stayed in had a bathroom fan noise that must be turned off during the nighttime to get quiet. The second room stayed in had a malfunctioning bidet toilet, and the shower area's wall had seen spotty dark mildews here and there that could need a thorough clean for the shower area. The bath towels seemed clean but might have been overly used and have gone through an extended wash cycle."

"needed a place to stay for me, my wife and 8 yr old daughter. Although it is a romantic hotel, I like the fact that our room had its own private parking garage. My daughter loved the jaccuzi whoch is the main reason why I got booked the room. Great staff and breakfast is 80 ntd vouchers for two restaurants and 2 convenience stores. I loved the waffle house!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I really appreciated that they even found someone who could translate for me, which made communication much easier and showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a great value for the price. Breakfast is included, which was a very nice bonus and made the mornings much more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It seems to be more convenient for locals, and if you're a tourist like me, some of the main attractions can be a little far away. However, this wasn't a big problem because you can easily use the train or bus to get around and explore the city. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Between the excellent customer service, helpful staff, included breakfast, and comfortable stay, I think this hotel is a very good choice. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers!"

"All the staff were so kind and the property was huge and nice. However, I didn’t know this place is adult sex hotel because everything was very private and a bit strange vibe. Some furniture was dirty with you know what. Didn’t have necessary amenities such as towel hanger, closet, and WiFi connection was very glitchy. It will be fun for a couple with purpose but it was a bit awkward for us not knowing what was going on. This was totally hotels.com fault not addressing it at front."
