"Excellent hotel! The staff were so helpful and welcoming. They gave us some New Years gifts which were so kind of them. It's a lovely hotel with good facilities. Laundry was very useful to have and there seemed to be ample car parking, although I didn't use it. There was a good offering for breakfast. Shower was particularly good."

"There is a department store with food courts and restaurants a block away. The night market is about 15 minutes away with tons of street venders and shops. There are some parking up front. 24 hours staff on site, if you just knock on the door besides the check-in machine. Everything is well worth the dollar, there is complementary massage chair on every other floor. The only I have slight complaints is the floor in the shower is a bit sticky or feels oily."

"We had an excellent stay at Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained — truly a comfortable place to unwind after our daily outings. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel amenities were top-notch, from the rooftop pool to the modern facilities. "Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of stir fry vegetables and congee. They have wifi in each room and worked well when it works. But it might have issue handling a whole workday of internet usage. Very convenient location being next to MRT station. Lobby staff are all very nice. "

"No hot water in the sink, The receptionist is not friendly. Too rigid rules and regulations applied for the hotel's need, but coule not accomodare guest's needs. "
