Last week was the first time I have ever been to Koh Samui, and I am already planning my next trip back! Every year, I will do a beach getaway with friends, either be Phuket or Bali, but in recent years there are so much touting at these places, its impossible to walk out of the hotel without being ask if I need massages, taxis, food etc. Koh Samui is different, people are laid back and sincere, and never was I harassed once during my stay. It’s a smaller scale resort which has been developed very consciously. All houses are surrounded by green and close to the sea and the pool. The staff is very friendly, skilled and helpful you feel very welcome! The spa is a recommendation as well, very professional and skilled staff. You can safe a few bucks by going outside but the extra spend is worth it!! The location is very nice as a few minutes walk over the beach brings you to Bo Phut Fisherman’s village which has some great restaurants...

This was the perfect place for the quiet time I needed. It was beautiful, quiet and I couldn’t have been happier based on what I was looking for!

Expedia badges the hotel as 'VIP'. It definitely is. Nothing was impossible to organise or too much trouble. Staff polite, friendly and ready to engage. Every attention to detail given. Definitely a well managed hotel in a superb location.

We were at the resort for 4 nights and it is right next to the Fisherman's Market. Even though the resort was 90% full, there were always enough deck chairs at the pool or on the beach for anyone who wants to use them. The room was as advertised and service from the staff in generally was good. Buffet breakfast spread is a little limited but quality is decent. Lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant can be a bit pricey by local standards but there is the entire Fisherman's Village just beside...

A truly restorative stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The setting is stunning, but what really stood out was the warmth and care of the staff. Our family came here to recharge, and the experience delivered exactly that. The spa was especially serene and therapeutic, offering a sense of calm. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and grateful. Highly recommended.

Very nice rooms in little romantic pavilions nested in lush gardens by the Chaweng beach. Staff ok but not engaged, food good but not great. Beach beautiful.
