"That bed was creaking and the mattress was too firm ( hard). Food was excellent. Bathroom some rust on the tub close to the faucet and drain on the sink in the bathroom was loose stopping the water going down. Air conditioner was too warm.. Employees were fantastic from the beginning of our staying until the end on any department. Congratulations to all your employees. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really large room for Europe and very comfortable beds. My only complaint was it was a bit noisy at night because of Pink Street. "
