"Perfect location. Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms were very comfortable and considering we were on a very busy main road you could hardly hear any traffic. We made good use of the rooftop pool, although it can get it a bit busy. This could be due to the heatwave at the time. The yellow line metro is just 5 mins walk that has links to all the areas in the city by changing over at Praça Marquês de Pombal. The train station is about 10 mins walk away, which is really easy to use to get to the LX FACTORY. We did not have food at the hotel as we found it a little bit expensive, but found a lovely cafe right across the road called Pão da Vila, and went there most mornings for good coffee and a breakfast. If you don't fancy traveling into the main areas of Lisbon for drinks and food, about 10 mins away is Praça de Touros do Campo with plenty of places for food and drinks and nice atmosphere. We pre booked a taxi through the hotel which was €90 for a return trip. This was convenient and ran smoothly for us. Knowing how easy the metros are to use, next time we would feel comfortable using the red line straight from the airport to a metro 8 mins walk away from the hotel."

"The hotel is located in an ideal spot. You can walk to the mall, the parks, downtown shops. My room was clean with a cute welcome plate of fruit and then daily chocolates! The staff was very kind, helpful and respectful. The pools are fabulous. I ate at their bar and had a welcome drink—everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel. The best part of my stay was the spa treatments! I went three times and enjoyed each treatment Miss Silva and Michaela were awesome."

"The hotel is in the heart of the city and conveniently connected with the major transportation network ( Train, Metro and Interstate bus terminals @Sete Rios) . Hotel also provides free shuttle services(pickup and drop) every 30 months to the city centre. Their strategic partnership with famous Tour and excursion company Grayline provides free pickup and drop facilities from the hotel."

"Pros 1. Location at Saldanha very well connected. 2. Staff are accommodating & helpful and checkin and checkout was superfast & hassle free 3. Pool & gym facilities. 4. Room was very large and 3 of us had lots of space for bags & moving around. 5. Modern apartment & amenities, don't need to worry. Irons provided and coffee maker was a welcome addition after a long flight. 6. Watched WC matches at the bar. 7. Close to Saldana Atrium mall so welcome relief from heat & diverse food options. Cons: 1. Sound insulation is poor. So as we had a road facing room on 3rd floor, Sounds of traffic and sirens of ambulance, police & fire brigade. Neighbour's door closing can be heard. 2. Air-conditioning is aircooling which was weak & we struggled to sleep well initially. But during the day the room was unbearable & hot . Staff offered kindly to change rooms but we were there for a short stay, so didn't want to inconvenience them. The hotter weather didn't help. Aircon controlled via TV app. Overall good experience. Ear plugs are must for road facing rooms as size is brilliant. The showers & loo are semi transparent with partially frosted glass incase anyone is uncomfortable on privacy issues. Thank you to the staff!"
