We stayed in a room on the top floor with a terrace and enjoyed it everyday. The room had two chairs which we love, as we relax in our room each afternoon. Housekeeping was terrific. It wasn’t an inexpensive hotel but so worth the price after a long day of walking and exploring.

Hotel do Chiado was just beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and rooftop bar. The location was great and we were able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend the rooms with the private terrace. The terrace was very big and the views were outstanding. We used the terrace every morning and afternoon. Would recommend to friends and family. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

It was a remarkably great experience at Hotel do Chiado and I look forward to a return. The level of gracious welcome and overall attentiveness of the staff is unsurpassed in my experience as a world traveler. The rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet are highly recommended. Fantastic location right in the centre of town with everything on your doorstep and great views from the room and the rooftop. The staff were lovely, the room was big and not noisy at all despite its location. We would have liked a kettle in the room because we are British after all, and the bar could do with staying open after 11 but these are tiny things. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, dining, and night life. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Also the view from the premium room/ rooftop bar might be one of the best in Lisbon. This will be my choice when traveling to Lisbon from now on.
