Great value for money and had everything we needed! The location is quite convenient for accessing the tourist spots without being in the centre of it. The room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and kettle. We also appreciated the water dispenser in the common area since it was super convenient for filling up our water bottles before going out to explore everyday. Really an excellent B&B!

Room was lovely and quite large but we were on the ground floor so was a bit noisy. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Only stayed for a night but it was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly. Wish there was AC or a fan in the room as it can get warm at night and leaving the window open allows too much noise.

Excellent location - walking distance to everything in old town. Lovely helpful staff. This is not a 5 star Hilton - in my mind this is way better. Very quaint, clean, homey place. This is a great travellers place. Please don't come here if you are high maintanance and need 24 hour maid and butler service. You will be happier if you pay the big bucks and stay at the Hilton. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very conveniently located, around lots of nice bars, restaurants and public transport stops. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

The property was reasonably priced . The rooms were spacious ; beds were comfortable ; more direct route to Baixa Chiado Metro station. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues . It was ideal for us .

Perfect location. Housekeeping cleaned and refreshed my room very good every day. I would stay again. Only one concern- my room was by the entrance and the gate was so loud and shaking my rooms door every each time someone get in/out, it was very hard to sleep/ stay in sleep.

The detail when I arrived was cute, I liked it. The only thing I have to complain is the location from the metro system when we had to arrive or leave; we rather use uber to the airport because Lisbon is not walkable with bags, specially the city centre. The Accomodation was pretty good as a matter of fact

The hotel is decorated very modernly. We booked a superb room and were not disappointed. The room had lots of space, a king size bed, fridge and very nice bathroom. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bairro Alto Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. I shared bathroom with 2 other rooms and I never ran into anybody there even though the Inn was full. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was travelling solo and felt very safe in the area.

Overall, a great property nicely located in the Barrio Alto neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating with all our needs. As with all of Lisbon, the street was steep, entering the property was a bit challenging. The clerk helped us with our luggage up the stairs, but this isn't an automatic service, you are on your own unless you ask. This is a lively neighborhood and could be a bit noise late into the night with all the revelers returning home. The room was spacious, but could have used a small desk/chair and a higher table for the coffee machine, it was set on a very low table.

Regarding this review we inform this guest looked the photos from one of our best rooms (superior double room with ptivate bathroom) and choose the cheapest rate room (double room with shared bathroom).He had the wrong expectations because the room he booked was not the room from the photos that he saw.This is an unfair review.Best Regards

Regarding this review the guest looked for photos from one of our best room types(superior double room with private bathroom) and booked the cheapest one (double room with shared bathroom). When the guest arrived was disapointed because the room was not the one he saw on the pictures. The room was the one he booked. so this is an unfair review!Best regards,

The hotel is very well located in the BArrio Alto, however if you rented a car, it's going to be challenging finding parking in this area. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming, she took us to our room which was beautiful and really comfy, we wished we could stay here longer!!!

Nice if you don’t mind community bathroom.
We forgot that we booked a room with no bathroom so we shortened our stay. Still, the community bathroom down the hall was ok after all. Room was small and the bed was more comfortable than our first impression. Included breakfast was good. Would stay again if I could get an ensuite bathroom. Hard to find for our Uber. It seems there is a Hotel Barrio Alto nearby.
