I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean welcoming. They left us a little welcome gift. There was a little patio so my husband could smoke. It was a really nice size that had two bathrooms and all the amenities close to everything. The staff was really nice. We needed a Plug for our cell phones and they provided that whenever we need the taxi, they would call one love the area. We will stay there again.

Beds were very uncomfortable, no door knob in bathroom for a family that’s just no good. Service came and interrupted to take pictures of missing door knob but it remained missing the entire stay. Check in was confusing, locker space for luggage is minimal.

It was clean and well-cared for. Check in and check out was easy. Only the exact street itself was like a small alley, but we walked two minutes to a great breakfast place, a great tapas place, and more!

I highly recommend downloading their app and following the provided instructions for a smooth stay. The reception is available during the day, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, the exact apartment or room photos were not available at the time of booking. The only way to determine the specifics is upon check-in, so it is advisable to reach out to the property directly after making a reservation. If you're assigned to higher floors, you will be treated to a stunning city view. For stays longer than three days, I recommend opting for the full cleaning service, as the basic cleaning only provides new towels without changing the bed linens.

Not quite as advertised, but still a great stay

That's not a balcony, and the 'city view' was of the internal building columns. But everything else about this stay was great. Immaculately clean and well maintained, great shower, lots of space. Great location at the top of the upper town. Highly recommended.
