We only stayed 1 night due to flight layover so I really can't give a proper review . the apartments were very clean and well stocked. the only concern was the ceiling had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom..had to put down a pan to catch dripping water.

A gem
The apartment is beautiful, modern, all amenities. In the best neighborhood of Lisbon, truly a hidden gem. The only issue we had was the extremely complex and confusing check-in system they have in place.

It was nice to have some crackers and jam that they left for us. Our flight got in late. The property was clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight, two adults and two teenagers.

I would not recommend this apartment for so many reasons. 1. There is major construction going on with streets torn up all around it and jack hammers starting at 6:00am but the listing doesn’t mention this at all. 2. The dryer does not work on the washer/dryer so we end d up having to travel with a suitcase full of wet clothes to our next destination. 3. The pictures were staged with decorative items and art on the walls but when you get there, none of those items are there. None of the colorful blankets shown on ends of beds, floor lamps, art of walls, etc. are there. They staged the apartment for the photos and removed it all, leaving it looking like a cheap college dorm. 4. The closet in the upstairs bedroom wreaks of urine, from rats or a pet (but hopefully no one locked a pet in a closet). The door won’t stay closed on it’s own but it smelled so awful that we had to stack our suitcase against it to keep it shut to try to keep the smell out of the bedroom. 4. The curtains and bedding are stained, toilet paper holders falling off of walls… everything is in need of maintenance. 5. We reached out to the apartment to let them know we weren’t comfortable to see if we could possibly be moved but they never responded. We called, emailed and sent message through Expedia and What’sApp. Expedia reached out to them to request a partial refund as compensation and they declined to give us anything based on their “no refund” policy.

Our experience was not the best primary for the cleanliness of the apparent and the terrible condition of the mattress. Also, the windows are discussing and without sheer curtains, we have to keep the place dark even during the day.

They did not leave any toilet paper and arriving to the apartment from the airport at midnight meant we had no opportunity to go out and buy some. The area was nice but the road on which the apartment was situated was a construction zone. The windows were so filthy that you could barely see out of them. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.

the location was a short walk to the subway, which makes it very easy to access the historic downtown of lisbon. The apartment was clean and the wifi was great. I loved that there's a full kitchen and a washer and a dryer. They even provided the soap for the washer and the dishwasher. I have not travelled to Europe often so I had a little difficulty figuring out how to turn on the faucets. I hope they provided a quick instructions on how to operate certain things in the apartment.

No parking, got a $133 ticket parking in front of the property for residents only. No warning from the listing. Their "deal" for a bus service was 45 Euros for 4 people vs a 11 euro Uber ride for the van. I asked for check in instructions the day before and also asked to check in an hour early. No response. I called 3 hours before and then they sent me instructions 2 hours before my check in. You can imagine being in a foreign country, never been to Lisbon and wondering how you're going to get your family into your next stay. Would not stay there again.

Be sure to check in 24 hours early as it is crowded and busy in the tiny lobby of the apartments. There are two elevators (one is very tiny but useful if the other is busy). The apartment is very close to the metro line which is great. We were stumped by the faucets! We thought there was no water as we could not turn them in. Embarrassingly, it was our mistake and the water worked fine. The nozzles always fall off, however, so we can’t be the first to have struggled with them!! The apartment is well-stocked, clean, and lovely. Great for a night or two with our family.

This place was very walkable to transportation, parks, and nearby attractions like a few museums. My son and I like to walk so we even walked to Sao Jorge from here. Plenty of restaurants, patisseries and convenience stores within a few blocks too. There is a mall 2 blocks away if you are into shopping as well! It was pretty clean. The only negatives were that the washer has no English instructions (but English doesn’t have to be everywhere does it haha), and the shower drains slow. We got there early and called the management, they got us in early right away. The cleaning staff comes everyday and thankfully not too early! Very happy overall.
