We loved our 6 night stay at Morgan Jupiter Apartments. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, letting us leave our luggage in their office before we checked in, giving us restaurant recommendations, giving us extra kitchen items that we needed for cooking, and transferring us to another room after a water leak sprung in our bathroom ceiling! The entire apartment complex was recently renovated, is modern, and in a beautiful building. Our apartment was very comfortable, beautifully designed, with high ceilings that give it a spacious feeling, had a nice modern kitchen with a clothes washing machine and drying rack, microwave/oven, induction stovetop, beautiful furniture in the separate bedroom and living room, a comfortable bed/pillows/sheets, plenty of closet space, and a modern bathroom/shower. The location in Lisbon City Center/business district, near the Marquis de Pombal monument, is very central, although there aren't a lot of cheap dining options nearby, so be prepared to go outside of the neighborhood if you want cheaper meals. This is a high rent, upscale neighborhood, with only pricey restaurants nearby. If you're on a budget, look to other neighborhoods for cheaper meals! One restaurant we liked that's only 4 blocks away is called Honest Greens. Delicious, organic ingredients, but not cheap. Overall, one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in, with a superb, kind, and helpful team of staff that run the operation. Thank you Eduardo, Katerina, & Theresa!

I love how it was in a quiet neighborhood and it felt like more like a home than a hotel which was my favorite part. It’s really comfortable and has everything you need like a kitchen, hangers, and lots of storage space

We stayed here for a week in March with another couple. It was superb. It is situated in a great location. You are in walking distance of many local attractions. 2 minute walk to groceries, cafés and local restaurants. Parking is available on-site. The building is very clean, bright and safe. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs or 2 elevators. The staff is very friendly and very courteous. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, small appliances, and everything you need. It had a balcony and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back to Lisbon and Morgan-Jupiter will be our choice once again for accomodations.

In the beginning I really enjoyed my stay. However, later on in the stay, the water boiler broke at 4:30am in the morning. There was nobody there for help to atleast pick up the phone for emergencies. I had texted, sent multiple videos, tried to call the police it would not allow me there and I did not even know the number to dial either. It was hot so there was a button on the wall to I am assuming to call atleast the ambulance. Glass broke off, pressed the button no one cared. I feel as a facility there should be someone there or take over night calls in case of an emergency at least and the button on the wall should have worked to have the ambulence come. Unsure why that did not happen. Then when I tried to communicate in "their hours of operations" at 9:30am in the morning I was given unnecessary attitude when asked if they received my messages, and videos. Was told "all of our office equipment is wet so we did not" yet somehow the phone is working the very phone they use to send messages and texts to. It really infuriated me. Everything else aside from that was fine before all of that. They fixed it approximately around 2 days later which is good. But I had to literally spend money on a hotel which cost alot of money. Thankfully though the hotel and Morgan Jupiter will refund me my money. Which was good but not all hotels do that so it was very scary doing all of this in a foreign country with no one to call or came other than the neighbors and I was super lucky with him

I think overall the Morgan Jupiter is a fine establishment. The apartments are beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located. My only annoyance was the prevalence of paid adons. They are all fairly priced but it gives an impression of booking a low cost flight to find out you need to pay for water. I would come back but I would happily pay 15$ more a night and not have to worry constantly about little extras looming over my head. Staff was still super pleasant and nice.

We did not get the nice room with queen bed that we reserved, instead a tiny room with a double size sofa bed that was unbearable (3 nights with no sleep) Staff was wonderful and helpful but could not give us the room we had reserved (booked up)

Perfect accommodation in an ideal location
First time visiting Lisboa and this property was ideal. 20min walk from the centre. 5-10 mins from 3 of the 4 metro lines. Had everything I needed and more, would definitely look to book here again if and when I return.

Stay overall was very pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed, pleasing interior. On minus side, you require rubish segregation, yet you provide only 1 bag; also some products like washing powder / liquid or kitchen paper towels would make a huge difference.

The receptionist was a young hipster and often I fell like walking on eggshells with the gen Z, however this young lady was nothing but very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . She checked me in like I was in a 5 star hotel and answered all my queries. The apartment was clean and just as the pictures, had anything you need to cook if wanted to. It has an iron and iron board- which for me is a deal breaker. It is in a quiet street with a 10 min walking to the most expensive shops in Lisbon and nightlife. I recommend and would stay again. Cons-if i had to complain about something I couldn’t make the tv to work, weird set of channels, however who’s in Lisbon to watch TV anyway

I made my reservation through Expedia, which resulted in us having to change rooms after two nights. We already had prior plans for that day, so the Morgan Jupiter team offered to move our luggage from the first room to the new room while we were out. They went out of their way to make it work out for us, and we had a good last few days in Lisbon because of that. The location and the space was great.
