"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"Room was clean and well air conditioned. It was quiet considering how close it is to night life. Room was very safe.
I also had an epileptic seizure, which was kindly handled by them. They even left a card message when me and my partner came back from the hospital telling us not to rush checking out the following day because of this. Which was so brilliant of them.
Will definitely be returning to Liverpool again and will definitely be using this place to stay. Never felt so much respect from hotel staff. Definitely a 5 star place!!!"
"Lovely stay here. Great location being next to the train station. Lovely decor throughout. Room was clean and comfortable, room was quiet and nicely cool during the hotter weather. Would return again."
"We had a great welcome from the front desk, very knowledgeable about the building and some of it's history. We loved exploring this hotel, the grandeur of the big hall's and ball room's, were amazing, so elegant and have that "WOW", it was great to explore.
The only thing letting it down was the room we stayed in. The decor is tired and could do with a revamp, one window opened, but the other would not open . However the room was clean and did have everything we needed, including a fan for this hot weather. ...... and we slept well.
What a lovely stay..... Thank you"
"It’s proximity to lime Street very handy for our trip. Useful to have the restaurant as I have a temporary mobility problem so couldn’t easily go out of the hotel to eat elsewhere. The only negative was the fridge was not working and the room was very warm although the large fan provided did help.
The staff were good especially the lady in charge of the breakfast service."
"The 1st room we were given was lovely room but the bathroom was too small for us ,got a basement room which was more suitable .the staff did a really good job making sure we were happy .
Things I think were need in the room :
Bath mat as shower was slippery
Hot water sign above kitchen sink
Bread knife ,tin opener and corkscrew
And kitchen roll . All of this is meant as constructive criticism as we would love to stay again and would definitely give it a high star rating"
"My first stay at The Pullman, and I was really impressed. Everything was just right - the attention to detail was excellent. Things were in just right place and just worked.
Just one example to illustrate the “getting things just right” point. I used the air conditioning - we’re in the middle of a hot spell. But unlike many hotel systems where the fan is noisy and all moisture is sucked out of the air, here it was subtle and silent.
Quality place."
"Great city centre location, very close to stations. Secure, very clean studio with everything needed. Friendly, helpful staff, bathroom toiletries lovely, plenty of room throughout. Great value for money."
