"The hotel building and lobby are very nice and grand. The room was more basic, but still clean and functional, with a decent shower, coffee and a TV. The hotel is very central in Liverpool and convenient to all the attractions and transport.
I opted not to have breakfast, but when checking in online was offered cheaper rates for breakfast and dinner than offered when booking the room."
"The property was ideally located, a short walk from Lime St station and right in the heart of the shopping district.. The apartment was well organised and excellent except for two small concerns. The shower is over a very deep bath and getting in and out required a lot of caution and agility as there was no handle to hold. Once in, the shower worked beautifully. The second item related to the appliances. They were so modern that we were challenged. Turning on the induction stove top was a new thing for us and the microwave had different suite of controls to any we had seen before. The instructions were on a website and in the case of the microwave less than helpful. Called reception who came up and turned them on but remembering what to do the next time was an issue. No doubt our fault but a written set of instructions tailored to the exact models could have made it easier. I would go there again if ever in Liverpool again."
