10/10 Excellent

"The staff were friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge and clean.I hadn't realised I had booked an accessible room but it was fine ( once I had worked out how to use the shower!!). The tea cups could be a bit larger in the room but that's just my preference. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I didn't use the bar or have breakfast. I would definitely stay again as it's a central location and the Beatles decor is fantastic. Thank you!!"

"Convenient location, great as a business traveller in Liverpool . Room had everything I needed: desk, tv, hairdryer, iron, coffee, a safe, even shoe shine. Shower was very nice too. Staff were excellent, everything is friendly, efficient and no fuss. It feels like a modern and high end hotel without being pretentious"

"Lovely room with air con and a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, crockery and cutlery available. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early for check in & the hotel provided secure left luggage for us. Hotel situated close to bars and restaurants."

"The room was excellently clean the only gripe I’d have is that the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is ok but no wash basin had to go back into bathroom to wash our hands not very hygienic I thought .but we did have a ironing board & iron in the wardrobe but didn’t need to use this time .the rest of hotel was very clean staff very helpful & polite .the cooked breakfast was abit rubbish the bacon & sausage over cooked but other stuff ok"
