"Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. The hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, which makes it easy to get around if you have a car and are sightseeing the region. "Such a surprising little hidden gem that had everything you need. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Bonus is the Glen hotel pub as the food is amazing. "

"My sister and I have stayed here a few times when we meet up in Brisbane - the location next to Garden City shopping centre is so convenient for food and shopping (we both come from smaller towns). The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a bit small. The free parking is a great bonus. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel as well, which has reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall we really like it and will return."
