The room was clean, there was a self check in and out. But the staff checked us in. We checked out ourselves which was easy and convenient. Breakfast was available but we opted out. Heaps of parking out front. This hotel is 5min walking distance to the shopping centre. Buses available and really convenient to access other areas of the city.

My sister and I have stayed here a few times when we meet up in Brisbane - the location next to Garden City shopping centre is so convenient for food and shopping (we both come from smaller towns). The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a bit small. The free parking is a great bonus. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel as well, which has reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall we really like it and will return.
