"An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece. Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. The views were stunning, the privacy unmatched, and the feeling of being in a luxurious forest sanctuary is unforgettable. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property. "

"Incredible. Pictures are unable to capture th beauty and relaxing nature of this one in a million gem. If you have the opportunity to visit, or even if you think you do not have time for a visit... Make it happen. You will love it. It was the highlight of our whole month around Thailand. Everything about the venue and the surrounding teeny tiny town is beyond belief. It was perfect. Everything about our short four nights here created memories that will last a lifetime. If you love nature, love relaxation, love the beach, love undiscovered treasure, then come to this incredible place."

"Our stay at Layana was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. This was a family holiday for us with our adult daughters and it did not disappoint. The staff are incredible with lots of lovely little touches during our stay to make you feel special and well taken care of. We did the snorkel trip which took me well out of my comfort zone as I am not great on water but the team took such great care of us. If you are not sure about the trip don't hesitate... the Island picnic is outstanding and the snorkelling is next level with so much variety. We felt sad to leave this little spot of paradise. "

"We stayed at Avani+ Koh Lanta for 3 nights in a pool villa and overall had a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Our private pool villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the buggy service, which was super quick every time we called — rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The pool bar was great, and the happy hour from 5–6 PM was a nice touch. That said, when it gets busy, it can be a little hard to get your drinks in time before happy hour ends. We also found the pool bar closed quite early in the evening — not sure if that’s just during low season or standard for the resort. Food at the resort was good, though a bit on the expensive side — which is expected for a resort. In our opinion, the menu could benefit from a bit more variety, especially since there’s only one restaurant and the location is quite secluded from other dining options. Despite these small points, we really enjoyed our time here. The peaceful setting, friendly service, and overall vibe made it a memorable stay. We’d happily come back again! "
