"We had a wonderful stay at Coco Beach Resort in Koh Phi Phi. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the pier, and the staff take care of your luggage both on arrival and departure, which makes everything effortless. Everyone we met was incredibly polite and accommodating, always going out of their way to help. The rooms looked exactly like in the photos and were kept in top-notch condition throughout our stay. The setting is stunning, and we really appreciated the beautiful pool as well as the free kayaks and paddle boards, which made exploring the island even more special. If there’s one minor drawback, it’s that some music from nearby beach clubs can be heard at night. However, we didn’t find it too distracting, and the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The island is quite small, so it’s hard to avoid music altogether anywhere you stay. The only real downside for us was the food. As vegans/vegetarians, we found the options quite limited and not very satisfying. The chef did try to accommodate us, but the dishes ended up being very simple, mostly grilled or fried vegetables. During our stay, the resort hosted a special dinner for Loy Krathong, and even though we had informed them of our dietary needs in advance, vegan options weren’t really taken seriously — so we decided not to join the dinner. "After reading reviews I was sceptical, but with so little choice for budget accommodation on the island this exceeded my expectations, yes the decor is dated, but the A/C & WIFI worked great, breakfast was ok, pool looked lovely great location, and most of all it was clean!!! Most of all I’d like to thank the staff member who went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, really wish I’d gotten his name, he met us when our boat arrived and even showed us to our room, and helped us out on leaving too, very grateful for his help! I highly recommend this resort if you are looking to keep cost down during your travels "

"Everything was really clean, the staff were all amazing and kind. I paid for a balcony view & it was so worth it. I highly suggest it. It’s nice to sit out there with that amazing view and drink a cold beer. I loved the room. It was a good size, the tv was huge (& you can sign into your streaming apps), the shower was a double-header, there are robes, flip flops, and umbrellas to use. There’s a couch and a love seat. I really loved my stay & I’m SO HAPPY they’re putting in an elevator for the handicapable people! Now I can bring my mom to visit! I had lunch twice downstairs (breakfast was too early for me- lol). It was amazing. Get the salmon tacos. They’re delicious. Oh, and they make an amazing almond milk latte. So happy for my stay & can’t wait to go back! "

"Very unique and creative place. Cottages nestled in the trees connected by footpaths. You should be in good shape to stay here, walking up and down the paths is not for physically challenged. For us it was totally worth it to have the privacy of our suite and the beach. The beach there is the best part of the resort, and better than any resort we stayed at in Thailand. PhiPhi island is a magical place. The only downside is those damn long tail boats they are so loud. Breakfast was good. Air con was fine. Staff good and helpful. "
