"I arrived at Long Doo hostel mid morning on 13th January. I had booked and paid for 11 nights 2 weeks prior to travelling. I booked & paid for Mon nite cos i wanted to check straight in without having to wait till 3pm. I arrived to be told they had let my bed go. 😡😡 thought i wasn't going & without foning to check, just let it go. The very young girl 15/16 spoke little English, tried telling me it was because i hadn't paid. Which i had and showed her the confirmation email with receipt...

"Nice room, newly renowated. Good service and very nice staff. There was no window in the room, because there is noise in the area from bars, so to make sure to get a good nights sleep there is no window, but there is one in the bathroom. Would stay here again."

"For us this property was perfect. It’s a short taxi boat ride from tonsai pier which will run you 100 baht. Beautiful beach which was great for snorkeling. Easy to get on a tour if you’d like or do a hike into the main town. Great staff, very friendly. The beds are a bit hard and the bathroom shower did get water all over the floor but this hotel was worth the money for us. The location and beauty is phenomenal. Located in the middle of paradise.
