"Excellent traditional Thai hotel with wonderful staff and a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is our fourth visit to this hotel and it remains a favourite. The rooms and villas are very comfortable and are decorated in traditional Thai style which enhances the cultural experience. The restaurants are varied and the food is delicious. You can choose to eat in the beach restaurants where traditional Thai food, Japanese food and international cuisine is available or travel up to the hill restaurant with views over the bay and sea. Breakfast is served in the hill restaurant also which is excellent, varied and very plentiful. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming and they are both efficient and helpful where nothing is too much trouble. In summary, this island hotel is a little piece of paradise which is traditional and comfortable without being excessive. It retains an authenticity which reflects the Thai culture and hospitality. "

"Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended."

The location is unbeatable—nestled right on Ao Nang Beach with its own private beach access, which made our experience feel exclusive and peaceful. Our room had a stunning view, and both the swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. Whether it was lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or simply soaking in the scenic beauty, the resort had everything to offer for a perfect tropical getaway. The only minor downside was the limited variety of vegetarian options in the food menu. However, everything else—from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance—was top-notch.
