"Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund. Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." I arrived at my room after dinner to find a cockroach inside. Within 20 minutes, a second (huge) cockroach appeared. For context, I have a deep-rooted phobia of cockroaches. I tried to seek help, but the front desk was closed (they DO NOT offer 24h service), so the staff had to come from home to address the issue. I was hyperventilating (if I could choose not to have this phobia, I certainly would, but alas, here I am). I wanted to leave right away and book alternative accommodation nearby, to which the staff did not respond well. I was engaged in a hostile negotiation for 90 minutes. At one point, I was physically inside a room with two of the staff standing in front of the door - and it certainly did not feel as though I was free to leave. They staunchly refused to agree to a refund, despite Expedia Customer Service attempting to contact them to process it. After 1 1/2 hrs of mental manipulation, I was coerced into accepting an alternative room, which they sprayed with insecticide. I did not sleep, and my stay at this beautiful beach was ruined by this wretched hotel. This hotel cannot continue to exist in its current state. Please don't book this!"

"The staff are absolutely fantastic and they made everything accessible to us. The high hills were a bit challenging but we got used to it but it did limit our night time fun knowing we had to walk up a steep incline. Other than that we had an amazing stay! "

"Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3. Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins. Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond. 3.5 star is fair. "

"For us all was ok. Stay 1 week free boat to the city and back. Beautiful beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Continental breakfast, but no cheese."

"The beach staff and Staff driving guests around the property. The property is lacking upkeep. There is no mini golf or a third pool. The infinity pool needs to be replaced. The snorkeling off the beach is very good and you can swim to shark reef. We would stay here again. "
