"Our room was very clean and had an excellent view. Superb curtains kept out the light. Air con wasn't great but the weather was very hot during our visit and we were comfortable through the night. Would stay again."

"The single room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large with nice toiletries and good towels. The restaurant/bar was large with reasonably priced food (for London prices!). There was even a plastic bottle to use with refill stations near the lifts. And the a/c worked. The downside was that the soundproofing was not great. I could easily hear the person in the room next door. The other side had a store room that staff accessed during the night and let the door slam shut, waking me up."

"Stayed in a suite as a family of 4. Excellent hotel. Only issue I found was being able to book slots for the pool as it was half term. If we had been told before arriving about this I would have had slots booked"

"the hotel room was really clean and comfortable, it was only a couple minutes walk from kings cross st pancras station which made it very convenient. the air conditioning was lovely in the heat. I paid a little bit extra for a window but the view was less than pleasing out the back of the property looking at the back of dilapidated building, but it would be fine to book a room without a window as they're nice enough as is. my main complaint would be the towels in the room were shedding like crazy so i and the floor was covered in white fluff"

"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."

"Great location and friendly staff. The lack of air conditioning during hot summer days does make this a very uncomfortable experience. However, the location, staff and excellent breakfast does complement the experience."
