Genuinely nice rooms, good experience. Even had a breakfast, and I can see why the hotel was busy. I am an inveterate hotel stayer, and this as good or better than most of your usual Holiday Inn-esque venues at a considerably more attractive price. I would absolutely stay here again

Beautifully decorated , spotlessly clean room Staff welcoming on arrival and the room was ready 1 hour before check in time . Great location for train stations Lovely continental breakfast . Beds & pillows were so comfortable. Very nice products in shower . The only niggle was that the AC isn’t up and running we were provided with a fan but it wasn’t very good resulting in a very hot room to try to sleep in .

My room was a tiny attic space, with slanted ceilings. The antique lift only went up to the third floor, so I had to walk up stairs for the final flight. This was ok except for having to lug my suitcases on the first and last days. When I arrived, there was a ladder to the roof on the stairs, making it even more interesting to navigate. The breakfast was pretty dismal. To make it worse, there were bugs crawling on the scones. I notified the server, but she didn’t do anything about it. I didn’t eat the scones. It was close to Baker Street and St John’s Wood.

Friendly staff at reception when I checked in. Had a brief chat as to why I as staying in London. The complimentary coffee in the nearby breakfast room was much needed and appreciated. Great room and really comfortable bed. Slept really well.

Needed an overnight near Baker St, so this was a perfect location. The hotel is in good condition, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked and the breakfast was nice!
