The room was clean, the staff were all friendly & helpful. However, over 4 nights our bed was made once. Tea bags not replenished. Breakfast was amazing but some hot cooked tomatoes would have been nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London. Perfect place to start your day trips with three tube stations a short walk away. Very quiet hotel, very relaxing and amazing value for money
