What a great hotel

The hotel is perfectly located for great local restaurants, bars, green spaces and riverside walks. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely designed. The bed was super comfy and our view across the river was enchanting. The staff were kind and very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Having complimentary access to the great pool and spa was a real bonus as was being right next to the pier so you could get the boat into central London. We can’t recommend it more highly and are looking forward to staying again.

The staff at the hotel were rude and incompetent. We had included breakfasts with one of our rooms. Every morning we had to fight with the staff that breakfast was included, which was an unpleasant start to our day. When we checked out, the breakfasts were charged. They wouldn't let us talk to management. They never worked it out with us. We would not have paid 66 pounds per day for breakfast that wasn't very good. The experience ruined our stay in London.

Would not agree this is a 5 star hotel there were marks down the wall next to the bed dare to think what it was, no tea or coffee facilities in the room or iron and the service at breakfast was terrible and on second morning it was 45 mins for two sets of poached eggs appeared To be short staffed given that I spent nearly £1000 in the hotel I have had better service at a premier inn and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Classic Hotels Never Disappoint

Superb service from the minute I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. Great help with parking, my two dogs no problem and no extra cost. The room very well-proportioned and the hotel itself just very peaceful. It's got that sort of '90s American hotel charm about it, but what it lacks in modern decor, it makes up for in terms of space and comfort.
