Rooms were clean but very small. Access to bed only from one side. Hardly any hanging space and no drawers for clothes. Nowhere to put suitcases. En suite in one room smaller than in our caravan and not much bigger in the other room, but showers were powerful. Low pressure in taps. Stairs steep and very narrow. No fire escape from top floor.

The staff are really friendly and super helpful. The sun was out so a visit to their little patio was enjoyed. Can’t wait to return. I’ve already recommended it to friends. Great location too and I enjoyed a terrific meal at the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner.

So close to the wonderful underground trains and Eurostar! Room was very small with limited space for storage. Bed was comfy and I appreciated the bottle of sparkling water n biscuits that we received each day. Disappointed they’ve stopped providing breakfast but Msccas is 5 mins walk. Madeleina on night duty was super lovely and very helpful in several practical ways. Having staff available 24/7 was great too. They have huge train line map displayed at reception so we could plan our route for each day with staff support. I’d stay again but ask for a bit bigger room. No fridge in the room.
