Stayed two nights visiting London for a show, the hotel is a two minute walk from Shadwell DLR so very convenient.
Breakfast was fine each morning, something for everyone.

A place to book when everywhere else is full or ridiculously expensive. Functional low end hotel. Room was clean, water was hot, staff were helpful, breakfast was adequate. Pretty basic, small rooms. Not much going on in neighborhood.
This hotel is one of the worst hotel in England. The Receptionist is very rude in communicating with us. He very unprofessional and the matters smells very bad. Per night I paid 70 pounds. Just by beliving expedia review. Please dont stay there any one reading my review

I was guided wrong way by expedia

I stayed one night at the hotel. For the price and location near the DLR it is a great option. I paid £55 for one night which is about right. Anything more then I think you would start to question things as it is all very basic.
Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included in my stay but I left before it opened so cannot comment on that. Will stay again if I can get a deal for around the same price.
This is my 3rd visit here the rooms are more than fine for the amount of money they charge. They are clean and fine to go to sleep. My room had coffee and tea and soap with shower gel. Staff was nice. Breakfast is ok yet again for the money this is a bonus
The staff were so so friendly, nothing was too much to ask! Felt very safe here and close to the city centre without it being too busy! Definitely stay again and recommend!

Not the greatest 3 star hotel. The room was basic. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Upon returning to my room on Sunday after running a half marathon, a member of staff snapped at me about ringing the buzzer 3 times to open the door. I only rang it 3 times because I was unsure whether anyone was there to open it.
That did not stop them giving me a lesson on doorbell etiquette.
It was the last thing I needed after finishing a half marathon.

It was okay. Receptionist was pleasant. The room was tidy (though carpet was worn, also ripped undeneath the window). The bathroom was modern and excellent, with a good supply of essentials with a modern radiator. The TV couldn't be operated as was pixated, giving a code.
The room was cold at night as the radiator was permanently turned off. The window required curtains as only blinds available which did not close properly so had light coming in throughout the night. The room key couldn't lock the door whilst out of the room which was a concern, so I had to go for breakfast with my bag/valuables.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The setting was welcoming and with lovely breafast options available - THANK YOU
I found 3 bed bugs on my bed in this hotel. Do not stay here

Good value for money in the area for a short stay all the basics and local shops nearby not a particularly noisy area. Staff were actually great very welcoming and very helpful would stay again thank you
I like the location - it has close proximity to the public transport system, and the breakfast is okay. However, I got bitten by bugs on my 2 nights - so please watch out.
Our room wasn’t that clean to be honest, some parts of the room had scratches, not the best room of our trip definitely. But the place is close to London Bridge and has a metro station close and it is not that expensive as the other hotels in London.
Stayed here for 1 night as on work trip. It was pleasant, clean and good size double room with en-suite shower room good stuff size. I would stay here if I revisit London.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was limited but staff offered gluten free options. Hotel was conveniently close to the train station, and access to the city.

Good place
Standard hotel, no elevator, room was small but was all we needed since we were barely there.
