From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was something special. Check-in was quick, easy, and handled with such warmth and professionalism — the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. There were plenty of convenient plug-ins for all my devices, a separate shower with excellent water pressure, and a large bathtub perfect for soaking. The heated bathroom floors were a luxurious touch, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the cozy slippers and bathrobe waiting for me. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was remarkably quiet! Housekeeping was diligent and attentive, always ensuring we had fresh towels, bottled water, and anything else we needed, no matter the time of day. We did have a small maintenance hiccup during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to communicate, accommodate, and resolve the issue quickly. Their professionalism and care truly stood out. The bar was another highlight — stylish, inviting, and run by some of the best bartenders I’ve encountered. They not only made fantastic drinks but also took the time to learn our names and make us feel like regulars. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. I enjoyed my stay at Flemings very much- the hotel is beautiful and cosy, the staff are attentive, friendly, energetic, and helpful, the facilities are modern and well maintained, the bar is one of my favourites… I will certainly recommend it to my friends and families, and I will stay here again next time when I am in London.

Fabulous stay for myself and my two daughters. Superb hotel and staff. Exquisite fine dining meal. Beautiful - tiny little oversights.

Fantastic location, beautiful art-deco hotel, very well maintained. Staff were very very nice & helpful. The only two little issues, to take it from a full score rating, are the hardness of the bed/mattress & small attention to detail on cleanliness (fluff-dirt bits hanging down from the aircon vents) but I would definitely go back

I booked a 2 Room suite at almost 2000 pounds Per night and it is in that light I give this review. The Room did not have a Nice smell, the bedrooms and beds were very small. I also payed for breakfast but I was very suprised when half the meny cost extra

lovely stay, the manager Alan and converge staff are amazing cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was of a very high standard and excellent service. But a few draw backs, no bar after 11pm, we came back after a concert in Hyde park and fancied a drink. Our room was on ground floor which was annoying as you can hear people walking past and talking and trains below. We asked to change but the large female receptionist said there was no more rooms. We booked our room 3 months ago. To be honest I found her rude and i accommodating.

This hotel mostly is located very central to many touristic areas of London but the hallways, access to your rooms with many steps carrying luggages was very uncomfortable. There was nobody to help you at night or early morning through many narrow hallways, steps up and down and fire doors. Basically not a typical building for hotels.

WE WERE GIVEN THE CUPBOARD

A TINY ROOM WAS A DISGRACE FOR THE MONEY IT WAS BY FAR THE SMALLEST ROOM ON THE FLOOR AS COULD BE SEEN FROM THE FIRE ESCAPE PLAN MUCH MUCH SMALLER THAN THE OTHERS ON THE FLOOR PRACTICALLY NO STORAGE WHY WHEN I BOOKED WAS I ONLY GIVEN BY YOU THE OPTION OF CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST ENGLISH BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE BUT TOO LATE FOR ME ALREADY HAVING BOOKED THE CONTINENTAL VERY POOR BUFFET ALL IN ALL I HAVE STAYED IN MORE CONVENIENT TRAVELODGES VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH OUR STAY. WILL NOT RETURN

Booked a junior suite with eligible for upgrade. The room was not as shown or as per my last stay at hotel but far smaller without walk inshower and no seating area. The hotel staff was aggressive and rude when I asked for a room or an upgrade since I’m eligible for one as a Platinum member. At which point they asked for more money as a surcharge. Instead they asked us to stay in room and move following day. Terrible service. Manager was not available to resolve the issue.

Great location and cozy set-up.

This probably is the best option if you are looking for a cozy solution in the heart of Mayfair, a stone throw away from Piccadilly Circus, SoHo, Chinatown and Knightsbridge. Compared to other similar hotels, the only thing I did not like was that, if I wanted to have egg Benedict with my continental breakfast (instead of boiled eggs) I had to pay £16 extra. In this sense, the Mayfair Townhouse and the Franklin Hotel do not charge any extra.
