We stayed here to go to Wembley for a gig and it was well placed for this. Our room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. However we were disappointed with the lack of vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast - the buffet wasn’t as good as Hilton hotels where we have stayed before.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The service for cleaning the room was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok, and there was a small menu for lunch and dinner. The downsides were that there were few places to dine outside the hotel, the immediate area outside the hotel did not appear safe, and the nearby train station was somewhat small. Otherwise, our stay was good.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the highlight of my stay was the last minute birthday surprise that Katy/Katie did for my partner. She went above and beyond, and did this during her non-working hours which I deeply appreciate. I will never forget such a wonderful gesture like that! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is in an ideal location where everything is conveniently nearby. Whether it's Wembley Stadium, a cinema, or a restaurant, you are never far away from your hotel. I will certainly come back, I love the staff and the service!
