Room was changed from Hyat Regency room that was booke to a Hyatt House room without any consultation/notification to us. But room was fine although dreadful view. Staff lovely, buffet breakfast very good except cooked buffet breakfast was not very warm

Brilliant location right in the middle of Westfield. Had booked to see ABBA and we were able to walk from here. Also convenient to Sadlers Wells just meters away snd West Ham stadium if that’s your thing. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep

Great hotel and all the staff were so lovely. We arrived early and our room was ready as we were offered online check in which was great! Perfect location for shopping and great places to eat on the doorstep. Will definitely be staying here again
