We used Ibis-excel as a base to do the touristy things one does with the kids. We did not need anything flashy or expensive. We were pleasantly surprised how good the venue was; but what was great was the staff! Smiles all round, welcoming, helpful top team!!! Rooms bijou but had all we needed. Warm(not too hot), cosy (not claustrophobic) and beds that gave us GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. A pleasant experience. Thank you Team Ibis…

The hotel is in a great location, we used it to visit the Excel arena. Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Breakfast could be better considering the price you pay dor it: There are some basics that there are not covered (i.e. hot milk)
