I travel solo a lot and this was probably one of my favourite stays! The staff were truly so so welcoming and friendly - literally every member of staff I encountered. It made my stay so much more enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again!

My point of view on this property is based only in my experiance. At first glance it seems ok however tha bathroom is extremely awkward dirty and at my room the sink was clogged and it had an extremely bad smell. There is no concierge no luggage cart. No one to help with special request. The air conditioner was defective (did not cool enough) no fridge small bed .Overall small space (no place for bags) on the other hand. A very good breakfast buffet. An ok Bar .A an extremly helpfully staff.

Very convenient for the Excel Exhibition Centre in London. Breakfast was serviceable. Beds were very hard, which other colleagues appreciated, but I prefer a softer mattress. It’s a basic hotel which does what it promises, clean and dry with friendly staff.

Location for Excel Centre is excellent. Unbelievably tiny room. The British width twins worked only because both of are slender and still sleepers. The frequent jets taking off over the room stopped by about 10pm making sleep more possible. No actual closet in the room (rack that will hold max six hangers). Step up bathroom worked, but the half minute separated surges of extra hot water was unpleasant. Several deep stains in the carpeting in the room. When room was refreshed, a towel that had been purposefully and obviously placed on the floor was put back on the one towel rack.
