Good hotel

The hotel is in a reasonable location for Stratford station and shopping malls. The room was comfortable - clean with a good shower/bathroom. Breakfast was an adequate buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Couldn’t fault the property or staff at all. Greeted in a very friendly manner and the check in process was straightforward. The rooms were spotless and all staff were helpful and polite. Nothing was too much to ask. Considering the location, value for money including a fantastic breakfast was great. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful location in Stratford

We travelled from Ireland to attend ABBA Voyage. When we googled the location of the arena we decided to make Stratford our base and hotel IBIS our accommodation preference. From the moment we entered the hotel we found a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff especially the gent that booked us in. We had a wonderful experience in the hotel and hopefully we will return in the future .

Only stayed one night. But it was comfortable and conveniently near a tube station. Stratford and Westfield Stratford Shopping centres nearby within walking distance. Staff polite, cheery and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, stairwell was clean. Breakfast was great

They charged £20 extra on top of my booking charges stating that I am checking in early , when I checked in using there website it did not ask for any money . It was very bad experience.

Underpowered air con and TV that turned on automat

Noisy neighbours, TV that turned on itself several times during the night and air con that didn’t cool the room.. Given the cost of this hotel, I should have kicked up a fuss and asked for a refund but I was too tired when I left.

Never Again

The hallway smells as if something had died, I informed the staff no one did anything. My room was never cleaned from the staff, I paid for breakfast that I was told that I couldn’t even eat because the receptionist said she didn’t see it on file even though I had a receipt. When you see this hotel runnnnn.

Biggest complaint was that the AC / Heat pump was not working. When I asked the receptionist if we could get a room that had a working AC they said none of the rooms have Air Conditioning…they have an “air cooling” system. Bottom line, room never got cooler than 78f
