From check in to check out, it was poor. They didn't know my room type and reservation, yet alone to offer me vip perks. I had to email the receptionist the confirmation email from Expedia to be able to check in. . Even after this, at the check out I learned that they've charged my credit card for the room again as they didn't believe that I've got a reservation! As a frequent traveller, I can say overall, not a customer friendly hotel.

Staff was really friendly and helpful as it was my first time staying here. The room is spotless and everything left is very thoughtful. It was honestly amazing using the O2 walkway. Safest I’ve felt going to a concert
