I did not get a good breakfast and they only clean my room the first day I reach. The bed was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep

A large garden which offers a wonderful rest after a hectic day. Reception desk open 24 h. Polite staff. Coffee/tea available 24 h. I stayed three times in this hotel. It is my favourite place in London. Rooms are tight but OK.

This isn't the Ritz... and it isn't Ritz prices, either. The staff were EXCELLENT. Made the stay pleasant. There was a glitch with my room, but the staff made it go away. Lovely garden behind the hotel for relaxation, etc. Nice lounge area for waiting. Trouble taken to make the place look nice.

Very nice staff. The neighbourhood is pretty safe; did not have any issues! It’s pretty close to the underground station, Earl’s Court, which serves two lines (if I remember correctly haha)!

Would not recommend

Toilet would not flash, water dripping from zink all the time, dirty carpets, you could hear everything from your neighbor, extremely warm in room. The bathroom was really old. We found a mousse hole in the room. Bar and restaurant was closed all through out our stay.

Good place for the money we payed. The beds are old but ok. Breakfast simple but ok. Simple hotel, but just 3 minutes from the metro and nice pubs en diner options in the street.
