Comfortable and well-appointed studio apartment. Also, an unexpectedly quiet location. Access is a bit of a rigmarole (no reception) but all went smoothly

This hotel is horrible!! Do not stay here! There is no reception. There is nowhere to store bags. I was directed to Bounce which then directed me to Krystal convenience store. The people there are very rude! Not to mention having to drag all my luggage around. To get to our room involved 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift and a total of 4 doors and another 2 doors to get into our room. The stairs and hall are dingy and dirty. The carpet in the hall is stained and it’s quite a delight (lol) to walk by all the cleaning supplies, the vacumn cleaner and numerous vermin (rat?) traps. The furniture in our room was stained and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The bed was lumpy and the throw over it gross. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! I have stayed many times at the Native Bankside which is lovely. I thought I’d try another location. This was a huge disappointment. Really sub par 😒YUCK!
