This low budget hotel/ cottage/ converted house needs to be looked into by hotels.com, upon arrival parking is an issue, fighting to gain a space on the front garden/ car park, fits 3 cars, 4 at a push, which then blocks of the access to the house.
The room itself was spacious with a double and single bed, although lacked amenities, we only needed a bed. The bedrooms all sharing an upstairs toilet or bath, and a downstairs shower. The cleanliness of these facilities has to be questioned, shower shoes definitely needed.
Also if this is advertised as a Hotel, there was no smoke/ fire alarms in the building, even basic landlord stuff has been missed.
The Hotel has so much potential, a shame that the TLC hasn't been shown.
Overall, for the cheap rooms, we were in central LONDON within 30 minutes.

Very basic.
For the little this property charges, one should not have expectations.
I entered a horrible garden then I had to ring the crack den is what best describes and went to my room the smell was damp and something else stale foisted smell it my young son who is 14 and my elder son 15 opened a cupboard and shrieking said it was a big cockroach we immediately left the property and arranged another
Where to begin? First off, this place was super hard to find. No signage at all, just had to guess we were at the right building. When we got there, we had no idea how to get in so we called the number provided. No answer. Got a call back 5 minutes later saying that the key was under the mat. How safe. When we got into the "hotel" there was a shared bathroom for 4 rooms, where the rooms were just a door and a bed. No lamps, curtains, side tables, nothing. Moving on to the shared bathroom. There was no hot water in the showers, and only scorching hot water in the sink. The shower water felt like literal ice cubes coming out of the faucet. Now let's move on to the night's events. About 3am in the morning we hear pounding on the door very violently with voices yelling "hello is anyone there?" Not knowing if anyone else was staying here (because who would?) we didn't know what to do. Called the hotel's number again, no answer. Ended up having to call the police because the pounding did not stop for an entire hour. After we finally got to sleep from that, we were awoken an hour later to banging on the wall from the room next to us having sex. Maybe having a little more furniture in the room would prevent this? Overall, not worth the cheap price of staying here. Save your money, go somewhere else.
The worst stay ever
Parking was full of puddle dirty entrance
No information of how to get the key had to call to get the key
Reached the room bed was slipping away
Towels smelled
Left super early around 7 coz couldn’t sleep
Had a few minor things no tv so 1 bored child. The frodge had some rotten food in it so stunk. People contantly in the bath which is where the sink is so had to go sownstairs to wash our hhands. On the plus comfy beds, nice pillows and the room was warm.
"Experience was excellent. Great stay A+++++
Would definitely book again!" - King
"The mattress was very comfy and the rooms were very spacious." - Queen
It is nice and gave a home feeling. The backyard patio could get some more toys and whole property could do good by an upgrade and installing TV in the rooms. The shower needs to be improved for better pressure. If ur looking for budget staying and value for money in the London area this is the spot
