I only stayed for one night, the staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is good. Room was very small and smelled a bit funny but clean enough and all together alright for London standard. The bed was worn down and not very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean with a good shower.

Fantastic location as a base for exploring different parts of London, very clean & well maintained, staff were friendly & helpful especially those on reception. Breakfast was basic but ok. Would definitely recommend & will book again for future trips

We were in a basement room with no window, which was a surprise to us. The room was cleaned quite late in the day and poorly done. We found hair that didn’t belong to us on a clean towel and there were coffee stains on the wall. However, it is a convenient location and fairly priced.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. It’s in a wonderful location, the room was well-appointed and seemed new, and it was great to have someone at the desk 24/7. Very good value for the money. We initially had problems with the AC but, thanks to chatGPT, discovered that the thermostat was set to a power saving mode. Once we follow ChatGPT’s instructions, the AC worked great. We definitely hope to return.

We had a great stay on a Sunday night, room was spacious and clean, and had a nice large shower too. Air conditioning was good and kept the room cool so did do the job unlike some hotels we've stayed in in the past. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms but I don't know how busy it was when we visited.

Nice small hotel. The location is perfect. The room was always missing things like Kleenex, coffee and we have to asked every day. Also the window was broken and bedding a little too soft but ok. The price versus quality is very good and staff very polite and were responding right away to all the missing objects in our room.

The staff were excellent, helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was good but at times trays were empty. The bed was hard and the springs affected our sleep and left with painful side. Overall it's in a good location and is great value for money

We arrived at 15:15! Upon arrival we gave our details to the member of staff at check in. We were told our room wasn’t ready and would have too wait a further 15 minutes! Considering that check in starts from 15:00 and we also had a reservation at 16:00, this became an inconvenience! We were then told our room wasn’t ready too find out that it was not the room that we had ordered so was terribly disappointed with our first impression! The bed was however quite comfy and the bathroom was very clean and nice! The air conditioning was very useful aswell
